You get a lot of satisfaction when you see someone grow and succeed in their own life. You find that when can support someone to do that by coaching them, cheering them or helping them in any way, your life takes on a deep significance. It is what you want. Sometimes you find that people think you are overbearing and cannot mind your own business. Knowing the difference between what you are concerned about and what you can actually influence is very important. It does not mean that you have to shut down your desire to encourage others.
You were created to be an encourager. God has made you to be one who can help others in some very important ways. The Bible calls this “pasturing.” It does not mean that you have to go to seminary, be ordained, and lead a church. It means that you are gifted to encourage people in the right way ant the right tome to become all they were created to be.
