Worship

Worship means worth-ship. It’s the act of showing the worth something or someone has to us, and we do it all the time. Through words, purchases, actions, and more, we show others how much we value are favorite people, possessions, sports teams, and other things that have much worth to us.

That’s why when we gather to worship God on Sunday mornings, we seek to show that God has the highest worth in our lives. We do this through singing, giving our time and resources, sharing in the Eucharist, prayer, and other ways that show God’s value in our lives.

The great thing about worship is that as we tell God of his worth in our lives, He responds by being present with us and speaking to us with affirmation, direction, wisdom, and more. Just like a conversation with a close friend, God uses our time in worship to allow us to speak back and forth with Him.

We welcome you to join us this Sunday to worship God and experience what He has for you.
